What is Switching Value RF Transmitter/Receiver Module?

First of all, let's understand the concept of switching value. It originated during World War II, referring to the internationally accepted binary code, "1" means "on"; "0" means "off", so there are "I" and "O" on electrical switches. Later, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) formally proposed to use the "I" and "O" common switches as a power switch cycle identification in the technical specifications compiled in 1973. The Switching Value RF modules are also derived from this concept!

The switching value is the on-off signal, and the resistance test method is resistance 0 or infinity; it mainly refers to the binary input and output. It refers to the auxiliary contacts of a device, such as the auxiliary contacts of the relay of the motor thermostat (displacement after the motor is over-temperature), the auxiliary contacts of the valve cam switch (displacement after the valve is switched) , the auxiliary contacts of the contactor (displacement after contactor action), and thermal relay (displacement after thermal relay action), these points are generally transmitted to PLC, so it is also called PLC switch value, which can be understood as pulse value.

Switching Value RF Transmitter/Receiver Module is a device that can collect input/control output of switch signals (I/O signals), usually also called Digital Value I/O Module

Switch Value RF Receiver Module: a processing module used to receive external control signals, and then send to the PLC CPU; generally used to receive switch signals from on-site input devices (such as buttons, Limit switches, temperature control switches, liquid level switches, etc.), and convert the signals into the low-voltage signal inside the PLC, and the electrical isolation of the internal/external signal of the PLC is realized.

Switch Value RF Transmitter Module: after the PLC performs logic processing according to the receiver, and the internal logic programming, the Switch Value RF Transmitter Module outputs high/low level signals to drive external intermediate relays, contactors, indicator lights, solenoid valves and other components , and then make the external device perform corresponding actions.

Take our 2.4G Six-channel Switching Value Transmitter/Receiver Modules as examples:

DL-BK24K6 TX/RX wireless remote control module is a 2.4G SOC 6-channel switching module developed by DreamLNK, it is a learning code remote control module with MCU and software embedded, the 2.4g basic program and remote control learning code program have been written inside the module, which can be used without any programming. TX is the transmitting module, while RX is the receiving module.

They can be widely used in wireless data acquisition, environmental monitoring, industrial control, smart home, children education, aero-modeling, access control, remote sensing and telemetry, etc. In case there is anything we can do, please feel free to let me know!
